You're Invited: You've Come to the Right Place

1. It’s great to be invited to something! What have you been invited to that you were excited about? (birthday party, wedding, etc)

2. Have you ever shown up to the wrong place? What happened?

3. Sometimes we say that The Meeting Place is a place for the skeptic, the curious, the un-churched, the de-churched, the over-churched, the ex-churched and the anti-churched…and even the church-ing (those continuing their journey with God). Where are you in all of that? 

4. The Meeting Place isn’t an island of perfect people, but it’s an island of misfit toys. And just like Matthew and a bunch of tax collectors and “loser dinner guests” were invited to follow Jesus, you are invited to follow Jesus. How do you feel about that?
