What skills do you have that might assist someone else? Fill out the form below and let the TMP Care Team know how you can help.
Even if you have only a little bit of time - you can make a BIG difference and have fun serving with a team. (Side benefit: TMP will feel more like home and you'll get to know a lot more people!) Most areas schedule on an easy once-per-month rotation so you can fit service into your schedule. You can try out an area for 90 days to see if it is a good fit, and after 90 days you can decide to carry on or try another team!

  • If you have less than 1/2 hour a month try: set up before the services / take down after the services / care team / cleaning toys
  • If you have 1 hour a month try: guest services like greeting / coffee / usher / set-up / make snacks for kids / administration / Kids Place (age 0-10)
  • If you have 1 Sunday a month try: production / guest services / play with kids (age 0-10) / music / sound / media

SERVICE Teams

Guest Services

Our guest services team members are the first to create an irresistible environment for those coming to TMP on a Sunday morning. Greeters make a difference by welcoming people as they enter the main lobby and Theatre 6, helping them find their way, mingle and or just have a chat. The coffee team makes TMP a hospitable environment by offering fresh brewed coffee and a hello every Sunday.
The event planning team works together to make special events like chili cook-offs and picnics happen.

Site Management (Setup / Take Down)

These teams are responsible for rolling carts full of supplies to the various rooms throughout the facility (Kids/Tots/Info Table) as well as placing signs at the outside entrance and in the lobby area.  This is one of the favourite areas to explore if you love physical tasks.  All training is provided.

Kidz Community

The City Youth

Our Kidz Community team members provide ways for kids to experience God's love through fun, age appropriate games, stories and activities. Kidz Place is an essential part of the life of TMP because so many families have made this community their home. If you have a gift for connecting with children, love to play, and want to share your love for Jesus, you can make a huge difference in our Totz (ages 0-4) or Kidz (K - Grade 5) classes! Even if you don’t consider yourself “a kid person”, there are still lots of areas where you can serve, such as greeting families, assisting with checking in, setting up rooms, cleaning toys, and more.

The City Youth Team works to give teens and pre-teens in grades 6-12 somewhere to belong, with the hope that they will experience life transformed by God’s love. As a member of the Youth Team, you could serve in Small Group Leading, Games Leading, Media, Music, and tons more! If you love spending time with middle and high school youth, then you’ll love serving in this ministry.

Music  (Vocalists / Instrumentalists)

Care Team

If you're a Christian musician with a desire to have your music make a real eternal difference, this may be the place for you! We're looking for positive and enthusiastic team players to join our team. If you've got a heart for spiritual seekers and love to play contemporary, popular and upbeat music, this is the team for you.

Our Care Team helps in simple ways when the unexpected happens. From making a meal, mowing a lawn, household repair jobs, providing interim child care and more.  If you love to make a difference in practical ways when you can, this team could be a fun way to do that.

Worship Arts  (Sound, Media & Lighting Teams)

Sound
Do you enjoy listening to the details of music - which instruments and vocals are more featured than others? Would you like to learn how to run and mix music to create an irresistible environment for people to engage with God through music? Then our sound team may be for you!
Media
If you’re a tech-savvy kind of person and interested in audio mixing, camera operating, live video editing, this is the ministry to join. No extensive experience necessary, just a willing heart.
Lighting
A key part of our Sunday morning experience, creating our onstage ambience, highlighting our music and speaking teams, and creating a welcoming environment in the theatres. Learn how to work with cutting edge DMX and LED technology, and contribute your ideas as we continue to build excellence in this area.
