Hey Brother: There's An Endless Road To Rediscover

1. Have you ever received a significant letter? Who was it from, and what was it about?

2. James was the half-brother of Jesus, so they likely grew up together. Do you have any siblings? How do you get along with them?

3. What stood out to you the most from this first part of James’ letter and this message?

4. Following Jesus is a life-long journey, and there’s an endless road to rediscover (or DIScover). What’s something about Jesus that you’ve recently rediscovered or discovered?

5. Even though James makes a lot of points in his letter, we looked at these 5 points in this message:

*consider it joy when you face trials

*if you lack wisdom, ask God for it

*be quick to listen, slow to speak, slow to become angry

*try to control your tongue (which is probably why James said “be slow to speak”)

*care for orphans & widows
