Pastors can be easily viewed by some as people who have it all together. People imagine they have three hour bible reading sessions every day, that they pray effortlessly, and are able to transcend earthly things that seem to bother everyone else.
Pastors are supposed to say the right things, do the right things and behave the right way … which means they can often feel like being honest with their own struggles is… difficult.
Over the years we’ve worked hard here at The Meeting Place to create a culture of honesty, openness and transparency. None of us have it all together perfectly.
So during this series, a few of the pastors at The Meeting Place will be offering inside glimpses into their own journey with Christ, engaging their real-life issues just like we all do.
